Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet, is enthusiastically backing Small Business Saturday which is taking place tomorrow in Barnet and across the UK. She will be out and about in local high streets in her constituency and is encouraging her constituents to do the same and to 'shop local' to support small businesses in Barnet.
The Small Business Saturday campaign started in America in 2010 and last year alone achieved £3.5 billion in sales for small business.
Theresa said “I look forward to meeting many traders this weekend to hear their views on how to regenerate our local high streets."
