Theresa Villiers MP completed a 40 mile sponsored cycle ride in aid of North London Hospice on Sunday. North London Hospice is located in Woodside Park in Theresa's Chipping Barnet constituency.
The route started at Queenswood School in Brookman's Park, taking riders through the Hertfordshire countryside, including Broxbourne Wood and villages such as Essendon.
Following the event, Theresa said: "I was delighted to support the North London Hospice annual sponsored cycle ride. It was tough completing the 40 mile distance, particularly the last stretch uphill, but I made it all the way round."
"North London Hospice does brilliant work and I am very grateful to all the friends and family who sponsored me. I would encourage people to take part in the cycle ride next year. The event is great fun and there's a shorter 20 mile ride for those who don't feel able to tackle 40 miles."
