Theresa Villiers, MP for Chipping Barnet will be hosting a lifestyle event aimed at the over 50s and upwards. It will be a fair with stalls and activities and will take place on Friday 10 May 2019 from 10am-2pm at the Friend In Need Community Centre, East Barnet Baptist Church, Crescent Road, East Barnet, EN4 8PS. Admission is free and sponsorship has kindly been provided local accountants, Pros Assist.
Inviting constituents along, Theresa said “If, like me, you fall into the 50 plus bracket, I hope you might be interested in attending. If not, perhaps you have friends or family who would like to come along. The aim of the fair is to give my constituents a chance to speak face to face to a wide range of businesses, charities and activity groups which are relevant to older people living in Barnet. This is a drop-in event, so you can come along at any time from 10am onwards. Free tea and coffee will be served.”
“The idea is to bring together a mix of organisations that can showcase what they have to offer older people and also provide information on support services. I hope that bringing this expertise together at the same time and place will prove useful. I hope I might see you on 10th May.”
